Darnell is a career coach with over 30 years of experience in the workplace, having served in the US Navy. He has worked in IT, healthcare, the film industry and commercial property insurance. He has experience in management and leadership development, sales, and strategic process improvement. He's worked directly with executive level professionals, from Fortune 500 CFOs to naval flag officers.

Darnell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Governor's University. He is certified by the ICF-accredited Institute for Coaching Excellence. He is based in Minneapolis.
